Disclaimer and Agreement

By enrolling in our Mentorship Program and accessing its materials, including videos, documents, and associated content (collectively referred to as the “Program”), you agree to the following Terms of Use and Liability Waiver:

1. Educational Purpose:
   The Program has been developed by the curator for educational purposes and is intended for individuals of all age groups, including kids, grown-ups, PhDs, and postdoctoral fellows. It covers a variety of topics such as Drawing, Painting, Turtle Coding, Learning Magic, Clay Modeling, Web Designing, Web Development, and Crafts. The information provided in the Program, on our website, social media platforms, or other communication channels, is intended solely for educational purposes and should not be construed as professional advice.

2. Copyright and Redistribution:
   Copying, redistribution, use, or publication of any Program content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent. Your enrollment does not grant you ownership rights to any content within the Program. Any breach of these terms may result in the termination of your access to the Program.

3. Pirated Software:
   We do not endorse or support the use of pirated software copies for training purposes. We disclaim any liability for consequences resulting from such actions, including breaches of software license policies. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the accuracy of software tools or any harm or damages resulting from their use.

4. Refund Policy:
   Once payment is made for the Program, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

5. Photography and Advertising:
   Photographs of drawings, paintings, crafts, or other creations made by participants, including children, may be used for advertising or promotional purposes without obtaining prior permission from parents or guardians. By enrolling in the Program, you consent to this usage.

6. No Guarantees:
   We make no guarantees or warranties regarding the software, tools, or techniques used in the Program, including their performance or suitability for your purposes.

7. Conduct and Compliance:
   The Program is intended solely for individuals who comply with software license policies and seek legitimate training. By enrolling, you represent and warrant that you will abide by all the terms and conditions of this agreement.

8. No Future Obligations:
   Any future training endeavors beyond the Program will not be entertained.

9. Conflict Resolution:
   In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between this agreement and the Program’s content, this agreement shall take precedence.

10. Survival Clause:
    Our failure to enforce any provision of this agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision or our right to enforce it. Our rights under this agreement shall survive any termination of this agreement.

By enrolling in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
